Én a múlthéten készítettem saját kezűleg Fillo tésztát, és hamarosan felkerül a blogra is. Először féltem tőle, de végül nagyon egyszerű volt összegyúrni, és kinyújtani. (igaz kicsi lapokba nyújtottam, nem úgy mint a nagymamáink annak idején, mert így könnyebb volt dolgozni vele) Vargabéles és almás rétes készült belőle.
