Bacon-and-Egg Muffins

Just think; you can make these fabulous muffins for breakfast...bacon, lightly scrambled eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese, all rolled into one!

There's about a dozen version of the Bacon-and-Eggs Muffins recipe online, but I found this to be the best, from Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. This is what I call a 'hearty' breakfast, or 'snack'

    Bacon and egg...what fantastic breakfast muffins!
    I have no problem to upload more than just 2 photos...but again mine are usually small sized ones.

    Those muffins look brilliant. Everything I want for breakfast in one. I love that you can see the bacon slices... it's not just tiny shreds. I suspect I can eat the whole tray, and that is dangerous! :)
